Spencer Lynch

He / Him — Spencer has been tattooing since April of 2016. The type of work he likes to focus on is traditional, while sometimes incorporating characteristics from other styles of tattooing. He also really enjoys tattooing simple, fine line “walk-in” style tattoos, as well as ornamental designs.

He is always open to discussing new projects of any style; done in colour or black & grey.

Spencer enjoys working together to create fun, clean, solid designs that will stand the test of time- and look good doing it!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To book an appointment, please email Spencer directly at spencerlynchart@gmail.com. Please be sure to include a brief description of what you are wanting to get done, as well as placement, approximate size & if you’re wanting colour or black and grey.

  • A good majority of the work that I do is custom. I do also offer flash designs and up for grabs designs. Flash designs are designs that are repeatable and are generally tattooed many times over. Up for grabs designs are only tattooed once.

I am always open to creating a custom design based off of a previous piece that I’ve done. However, I will not tattoo the same custom design twice.

  • It goes without saying that my passion lies with bold traditional designs, done in colour or black and grey. However, I’m no stranger to fine line, illustrative, or even a bit of black and grey realism!

Along with traditional style designs, I would love to do more ornamental work, as well as some fine line blackwork, and black and grey realism. It’s something I don’t generally advertise in my portfolio. However, I have done multiple projects of each of these styles in the past and would most definitely be interested in doing more in the future!

I’ve never tattooed colour realism or hyper realism, and truthfully, am not interested in doing so.

If you are unsure if your idea is in a style I would be willing to take on, please feel free to reach out. If your project is not something I’m able to accommodate, I’ll always do my best to refer you to someone more suitable for the job!

  • I take on cover ups on a case to case basis.

For the most part, cover ups are more of a technical project to work on and do successfully. Whether burns, scars, or old tattoos, they generally take a bit more planning and consideration in order to say for sure that it would be something I could work with you on.

I’m always more than happy to set up a consultation (virtual or in-person) to chat more about a specific cover up project and offer insight into the cover up process.

Please feel free to reach out with your ideas and we can go from there!

  • I take on rework projects on a case to case basis.

My general recommendation when it comes to reworking a tattoo is to go back to the original artist to discuss your options. However, if there are certain circumstances that prevent that from being an option, I am always more than happy to chat and see what can be done together!

  • Absolutely!

I am always open to taking on non-tattoo related projects or commissions, if my schedule allows for it!

Please feel free to reach out via email with your project idea- I’d love to chat!
